I'm local and would like to pick my order up, what do I do?
Since we do not have a storefont, we do not offer local pick-up however, we do offer 48 hour delivery within 30 miles of Saratoga Springs.

What if I need to change my order?
Because we try to ship orders out as quickly as possible we may not always see an e-mail you’ve sent about a size or style change. Before placing your order please make sure you review all the details before you hit submit. We can always process exchanges if situations like these occur.
Will any of the items I order shrink in the wash?
Most Lakebound Supply Co items are preshrunk and will shrink minimally. Our garments that are made of 100% Cotton are more susceptible to shrinkage than others so, please take special care when laundering these items and pay attention to the fabric information that is listed with each item.
With items that are screen printed we recommend washing these in cold water and hanging to dry. Laundering your garments in hot water and placing them in the dryer may result in unwanted cracking of the design and quicker aging.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. We cannot issue refunds for lost package but will issue and send replacement product after 30 days of non-movement via UPS.
What if there is a different lake I would like?
As we start out we have just a few designs but are eager and excited to continually listen to feedback from our customers to offer new styles and lake locations. We will be expanding our lake locations in Spring 2021 and will be offering Lake George options toward Fall 2020.
